Compass rolled out major updates to the CRM platform, creating an urgent need to upskill teams across Texas. As the designated CRM Single Point of Accountability (SPOA) for the Level Up initiative, I was responsible for ensuring rapid adoption and proficiency among Customer Success, Marketing, Admin, and Sales Management
HOW I DELIVERED
- Needs Assessment: Identified training gaps and adoption blockers through regular feedback with Texas agents and managers.
- Curriculum Development: Built tailored slide decks, hands-on workshops, and 1:1 coaching templates for multiple learning styles
- Creative Enablement: Applied creative strategies to drive engagement and reinforce adoption, helping Texas rank among top five markets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitored adoption progress and adapted tactics to address lagging teams or resistant users.
- Recognition and Motivation: Championed tech champions, celebrated wins, and created a culture of continuous learning.
BUSINESS IMPACT
- Texas became one of only five markets to achieve the Q4 CRM adoption target.
