Compass needed to streamline compliance and commission management for 25,000+ real estate technology customers. An urgent, high-impact product launch (CCiBT) complicated by strict regional laws (TX & CA) and diverse workflows. I was the Product Marketing lead, responsible for ensuring the launch addressed business, legal, and customer needs.

- Market Research: Mapped pain points and regional compliance needs to tailor the solution.

- Surpassed adoption targets: increased commission requests from 33% to 90% YoY (vs. 80% goal).
- Achieved 4.36 national CSAT—highest to date for a major product launch.
- Unified compliance and commission workflows, delivering Compass’s first truly end-to-end platform experience for 25,000+ customers.
